Do you have a love / hate relationship with keeping your website updated? Stuck on a page layout? Just having trouble in general? If your website is giving you trouble, there is help!
You don’t always need to hire a developer or graphic designer. Sometimes the right person is a virtual assistant (or technical virtual assistant) who is well-versed in keeping websites running smoothly. There are a lot of virtual assistants who wear many hats…bookkeeper, calandar and inbox manager, editing, content creation, and more! Often times, the “and more” encompasses things like monthly website management or ad hoc website fixes.
My expertise is in WordPress and WooCommerce sites. It’s what I use for my own three businesses and what my clients use. I am able to quickly assist my clients when they need help with their websites, or reach out to a developer if coding is needed. But, sometimes, people ask me for help with Shopify and it’s not where my experience is. Because I want to help people, I always try to and know it’s not in anyone’s best interest if it’s not my expertise. So…I’ve done some legwork to find resources who can help!
I reached out to a group of virtual assistants (VAs) I’ve come to know through a spectacular Facebook group dedicated to VAs. If you need help with your Shopify site, reach out to these resources and select someone who is right for you and your business. Each of them will be able to provide you with answers to your specific questions and determine what is best for you whether it is to fix an immediate need or provide ongoing support for you and your website.
While I have not personally worked with each of these individuals, I can tell you that based on the Facebook group we are in, they are highly vetted and sought after dedicated workers who will work hard to earn your trust and build a relationship.

Natallie has experience with Wix and Shopify and also has two associates who work with her on Shopify sites, providing building and maintenance services. At the moment her site is under construction. Email Natalie with your questions and requests to see how she can help.
Meg provides assistance to clients who have Shopify sites. Visit her website, Assistant Meg, for more information or email Meg to learn more.
If you need help with your WordPress / WooCommerce site, I am here to help and also available to assist with any administrative tasks you are struggling with. That said, if you find that any of these ladies who are assisting you with your Shopify site can help you with other tasks, do not feel bad if you work with them for all of your needs. There is something to be said for building relationships and working with one person to handle multiple tasks instead of trying to keep up with several different irons in the fire!
Your questions are always welcome and if I can personally help you, I’m happy to do so. If I can put you in good hands with someone else, I am willing to help you find the right resource to work with!
